  • 5 cups diced Meyer Farms Organic watermelon, seeds removed
  • 6 ounces gin, optional
  • 8 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1⅓ cups ginger ale, divided
  • Lime wedges, for garnish
  1. Puree the watermelon in a blender, strain, and empty into ice cube trays.
  2. Freeze at least 4 hours. Once frozen, place watermelon cubes into a shaker or blender.
  3. Add gin, if using, and lime juice. Shake vigorously or blend slowly until cubes begin to melt.
  4. Empty into glasses leaving enough room to top with ginger ale.
  5. Add lime wedge for garnish. You can also add mint.
